The area surrounding Lexington Hills have everything a family needs and wants. With a local food store, Curves, and dry cleaner at the entrance to South Lexington and the Broadstone Marketplace just one main street away there's something for everyone. Also right on the other side of Oak Avenue is California Family Fitness, a luxury fitness center geared towards a family atmosphere. Near the Broadstone Marketplace, The Palladio Shopping Mall is currently under construction. However, the new movie theatre has opened and is a beautiful place to enjoy a movie. As of right now the market in Folsom is ever expanding with bigger and bigger retailers popping up seemingly every month.

Although almost all of the neighborhood is developed, the neighboring areas and commercial land surrounding Lexington Hills have undergone major development in the past few years, and it should continue. One example of this is the Palladio that is going in near Broadstone Marketplace.
