Lexington Hills is home to its own elementary school, Oak Chan, which is celebrating its 21st year of academic excellence. The middle schoolers of Lexington Hills are expected to attend Folsom Middle School, the newer of the two middle schools in town. There are two high school choices for the area, Vista del Lago and Folsom High School. Vista is a brand new school, built in 2007, and is located just outside of Lexington Hills in a neighboring community. Folsom High was built in 1998 and has been nationally recognized for it's academic success. Folsom Lake College also borders Lexington Hills.
