General Community Information

Lexington Hills is located in Folsom, which is a charter city (incorporated in 1946). It is home to many parks within it's own neighborhoods, including Castle Park which is a very popular spot for many Folsom families with young kids. Lexington Hills is also located just a few miles and one main street from Folsom's Sports Complex, where they have basketball courts, batting cages, volleyball, and indoor/outdoor soccer. The Humbug Creek Corridor runs through Lexington Hills and provides miles of running and riding trails for Lexington's residents. The city provides utilities for Lexington Hills and does trash pick-up once a week, which includes recycling and green waste removal. The area isn't covered by strict CC&R's and there is no melaroos fee when purchasing a home. Lexington Hills borders Folsom Lake College, which is undergoing major construction and also is near Highway 50, where there is a lot of new construction happening. Although almost all of the neighborhood is developed, the neighboring areas and commercial land surrounding Lexington Hills have undergone major development in the past few years, and it should continue. One example of this is the Palladio that is going in near Broadstone Marketplace.
