Lexington Hills History

Lexington Hills: Relaxed, family oriented master planned community that accentuates the natural beauty of the region!

The community of Lexington Hills was originally uncultivated hillsides that bordered the famous Empire Ranch in Folsom. The nearest residents were local miners and chinese immigrant workers of historic Sutter St. and it's surrounding areas. Lexington Hills was one of the first large scale master planned communities in Folsom. Construction began in early 1988 with several national name home builders including H.C. Elliot, Citation Northern, Pama, Watt and Lexington Homes. Lexington Hills offers 11 production home villages and 2 custom home villages ranging in value from the low $300,000s to million dollar hilltop homes with sweeping sunset views. The theme of this community is nature and conservation with miles of walking and biking trails that weave in and out of the multiple greenbelts, wetlands, and parks in the area. Within miles is the Folsom Lake, The Historic Powerhouse and a great community college. With over 1,300 home sites Lexington Hills has something to offer every home owner.
